Elsham Golf Club is open for new members and has a very active membership of more than 650. Our men's, ladies and junior sections offer a full competition fixtures schedule aimed at players of all standards. We also run several friendly events and have a varied social calendar.
We welcome applications for membership whether by invitation from existing members or if you don’t know anyone at Elsham then please contact the Manager, Tim Hartley by telephone, email or letter and he will be pleased to help.
The annual fees are shown below. There is a one off joining fee. We invite you to play the course before you join. You will be assured of a warm welcome so please don’t hesitate to contact us by telephoning or email.
As a member of Elsham Golf Club you will also be able to benefit from the reciprocal green fee arrangement with Market Rasen, Kenwick Park, Waltham Windmill and Belton Park Golf Clubs.
Elsham is a friendly, welcoming members club and we strive to provide members and visitors with excellent service and an enjoyable experience. Our green staff are a very professional and dedicated team who consistently produce a quality course to enhance the experience of playing at Elsham.
Membership Information
1. Full membership - male or female
Joining Fee: £450 for men and £375 for ladies
Annual Subscription: £650 from 1st April 2012

2. Family Membership
Joining Fee: £825
Annual Subscription: £1345 from 1st April 2012
Family membership covers both parents plus children in full time education up to the age of 24

3. Joint Membership for Husband and Wife
Entry Fee: £825
Annual Subscription: £1170 from 1st April 2012

4. Country Membership
Joining Fee: £100
Annual Subscription: £375
Country membership is for anyone who lives 50 miles form the course and is a members of another Club. If in doubt speak to the Manager.

5. Intermediate Membership (under 26)
Joining Fee: £100
Annual Subscription: £375
Intermediate membership is offered to anyone under the age of 26 and not in full time education.

6. Junior Membership
No Joining Fee
Annual Subscription: £120 from 1st April 2012
12 and under:
Annual Subscription: £60
7. House Membership
No Joining Fee
Annual Subscription: £45 from 1st April 2012
Membership Payment
Members can pay by 6 monthly instalments commencing from 31st January 2012 to 30th June 2012. For full membership, the cost will be £108.34 per month and it will be necessary for members to complete a standing order mandate form which will be available from the office or from behind the bar. Standing Order forms should be returned to the office by 25th January 2012. There is no surcharge on these payments. Members may also pay by direct debit via Fairway Credit. Payments commence on April 1st 2012 again for 6 months and there is a surcharge.
